Who is Jesse Lally?
Jesse Lally, born May 12, 1980, in Boston, Massachusetts, established a career as a luxury real estate broker in Beverly Hills, California, and gained national recognition as a main cast member on Bravo’s The Valley, which premiered in March 2024.
Early Life and Education
Jesse Lally was born on May 12, 1980, in Boston, Massachusetts. His upbringing took place on the East Coast, where he completed his foundational schooling before pursuing academic programs across multiple institutions in the northeastern United States and abroad.
Childhood and Family Background
Lally’s early years unfolded in Boston, Massachusetts, where he attended Belmont Hill School, a private all-boys preparatory institution located in Belmont, Massachusetts. His enrollment at Belmont Hill spanned from 1993 to 1998. During those five years, Lally participated in a range of athletic and academic activities, including hockey, football, golf, track, and debate.
Details regarding his parents’ names, occupations, or professional backgrounds have not entered the public record. Information about siblings, if any, also remains outside publicly documented sources.
Educational Journey
Following the completion of his secondary education at Belmont Hill School in 1998, Lally enrolled at Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont, where his coursework concentrated on physics and mathematics. His time at Norwich University covered the 1999 to 2000 academic period.
In 2000, Lally transferred his physics and mathematics studies to the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where he continued through 2002. Alongside his formal academic enrollment during that period, Lally completed acting training at the William Esper Studio in Manhattan — a conservatory focused on the Meisner acting technique. Amy Schumer, who later established a career in comedy and film, attended the same program during that period.
Lally’s academic record extended beyond his early university years. In 2020, he completed a Real Estate Finance course at the London School of Economics and Political Science, a program pursued through the institution’s executive education offerings. This credential built on a career in residential property that had already accumulated over eight years of documented transactions by the time of enrollment.
In June 2021, Lally earned a Sommelier certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers, Americas — an examining body that administers a structured certification track for beverage service professionals across multiple credential levels.
Career
Jesse Lally’s professional record encompasses three sequential fields — financial services, commercial modeling, and luxury residential real estate — before his entry into national television as a main cast member on a Bravo network production in 2024.
Early Career — Modeling and New York Years
Between 2000 and 2002, Lally held a financial planning position at New York Life Insurance Company. That placement ran concurrently with his academic enrollment at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where he studied physics and mathematics through 2002.
In 2002, Lally relocated to New York City and signed with Ford Models, through which he pursued commercial and print modeling assignments. During that period, he shared a Manhattan residence with Jax Taylor, who also modeled in New York at the time. The two maintained a documented friendship that extended into their subsequent television careers over two decades later.
Also in 2002, Lally appeared in a promotional campaign for TrimSpa, a dietary supplement brand, alongside Anna Nicole Smith. The shoot took place in Miami and was photographed by Antoine Verglas. The resulting images formed the basis of Smith’s TrimSpa advertising campaign. Lally publicly addressed his connection to Smith during a May 2024 television appearance, confirming that the two maintained a friendship of approximately one and a half years following the Miami shoot and disclosing that a romantic relationship developed during that period.
Alongside his modeling commitments in New York, Lally completed acting training at the William Esper Studio in Manhattan, a conservatory that operated a two-year program based on the Meisner technique. Amy Schumer, who later built a career in comedy and film, participated in the same program during that period.
Real Estate Career in Los Angeles
Lally’s entry into residential real estate took place in Los Angeles, California, following his departure from modeling and New York. In September 2012, he accepted an Estates Director position at Hilton & Hyland, a Beverly Hills-based agency, where he remained through October 2021 — a tenure spanning over nine years.
Within his first six months at Hilton & Hyland, Lally recorded $39.6 million in closed transactions as part of the Williams & Williams team, which held a top-producing designation at the firm. His sales portfolio at the agency included a $18 million residential sale in Bel Air and a $40 million transaction involving a newly constructed contemporary home in Beverly Hills. The Beverly Hills sale established a price-per-square-foot record for the Beverly Hills Post Office area at the time of closing.
In October 2021, Lally transitioned to The Beverly Hills Estates, where he held the Estates Director role. His transaction portfolio at that agency covered residential properties across Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Malibu, with clientele drawn from both domestic and international markets. Prior to committing to The Valley, Lally was under consideration for the Bravo series Million Dollar Listing.
Television Career — The Valley
The Valley premiered on the Bravo network on March 19, 2024, as a spinoff of Vanderpump Rules. The series documented a group of Los Angeles-based friends managing careers, family relationships, and interpersonal conflicts in the San Fernando Valley area. Lally joined the production as a main cast member from its first season, with his entry into the cast facilitated through his documented friendship with Jax Taylor — a connection that traced back to their shared period as Ford Models in New York City in 2002.
Season 1, which aired in 2024, introduced Lally as a married real estate broker. The separation between Lally and his then-wife Michelle Saniei emerged as a central storyline across that season’s run. Season 2 premiered on Bravo on April 15, 2025, and on Peacock on April 16, 2025. That season’s narrative addressed Lally’s divorce proceedings, the co-parenting arrangement for his daughter Isabella, and financial disputes between him and Saniei. Season 3 premiered on April 1, 2026, and marked the first on-camera appearance of Lally’s girlfriend Lacy Nicole. A scene during that season depicted Lally and Saniei acknowledging the formal finalization of their divorce, which took effect in October 2025.
Major Career Achievements
Lally’s documented professional milestones across his real estate and television career include the following:
- A $39.6 million sales record achieved within his first six months at Hilton & Hyland, completed as part of the Williams & Williams team between September 2012 and approximately March 2013.
- A $40 million single-property transaction in Beverly Hills, which established a price-per-square-foot record for the Beverly Hills Post Office area at the time of closing.
- A combined transaction volume across both Hilton & Hyland and The Beverly Hills Estates that extended into the tens of millions across multiple property categories in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Malibu.
- A Sommelier certification awarded by the Court of Master Sommeliers, Americas, in June 2021.
- Main cast participation across all three seasons of The Valley on Bravo, covering the 2024, 2025, and 2026 broadcast cycles.
Jesse Lally Net Worth and Earnings
Jesse Lally’s documented income sources span two professional categories: residential real estate commissions accumulated across a career that began in September 2012, and a television contract with the Bravo network that commenced with The Valley in March 2024. No official net worth figure has entered the public record through a verified disclosure.

Real Estate Earnings
Lally’s real estate career established a transaction record across two Beverly Hills-based agencies over a period that began in September 2012. His portfolio encompassed properties in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Malibu, with clientele drawn from both domestic and international markets.
Among the documented transactions, a $40 million sale of a newly constructed residential property in Beverly Hills represented the higher end of his recorded output and established a price-per-square-foot benchmark for the Beverly Hills Post Office area at the time of closing. A separate $18 million transaction covered a residential property in Bel Air. Both sales occurred during his tenure at Hilton & Hyland, where he held the Estates Director position from September 2012 through October 2021.
In October 2021, Lally’s real estate activity transitioned to The Beverly Hills Estates, where he held the same Estates Director designation. His combined transaction volume across both agencies extended into the tens of millions across multiple property categories.
Real estate broker commissions in the Beverly Hills and Bel Air residential market — where transaction prices regularly exceed $10 million — generate income on a per-sale basis rather than a fixed salary structure. Lally’s documented sales volume across his career represents the primary basis on which income estimates from this professional category derive.
Net Worth Estimate
Jesse Lally’s net worth has not been confirmed through any verified public financial disclosure. Estimates published across entertainment-focused publications place the figure within a range of $500,000 to $3 million, with the most commonly cited range falling between $1 million and $3 million. These figures represent third-party estimates and carry no official confirmation.
During Season 2 of The Valley, which premiered on April 15, 2025, Lally’s former wife Michelle Saniei alleged on camera that he carried approximately $300,000 in debt. That claim remained disputed and did not produce any verified financial documentation in the public record. Separately, Saniei also alleged during Season 2 broadcast segments that Lally’s spending patterns had cost the two of them millions — a characterization that Lally neither confirmed nor formally addressed through any documented public statement.
Lally’s income structure draws from two sources: commissions generated through residential real estate transactions at The Beverly Hills Estates, and a performance contract with the Bravo network tied to his main cast participation across all three seasons of The Valley, covering the broadcast periods of 2024, 2025, and 2026. Television performance contracts for Bravo reality cast members at the main cast level have not been disclosed publicly in Lally’s case.
Given the absence of any verified financial filing or confirmed disclosure, the net worth figure applicable to Jesse Lally remains an estimate and should be referenced as such in any data-dependent context.
Jesse Lally Personal Life
Jesse Lally’s personal life encompasses a marriage, divorce, co-parenting arrangement, and subsequent relationship, all of which became documented public record through his participation as a main cast member on The Valley across its 2024, 2025, and 2026 broadcast cycles.
Marriage to Michelle Saniei
Lally and Michelle Saniei established a relationship before 2015. Prior to that relationship, Lally had maintained contact with Lacy Nicole — communication that concluded when his involvement with Saniei began.
In November 2017, Lally proposed to Saniei in Paris. The two formalized their marriage on October 12, 2018, at Beaulieu Garden in Rutherford, California. Both Lally and Saniei held active careers as luxury real estate agents in the Los Angeles market, and the two operated a shared client base during their marriage.
In March 2024, the couple publicly announced their separation. That announcement came approximately five months after Saniei informed Lally in October 2023 that she wanted a divorce. Season 1 of The Valley, which premiered on March 19, 2024, introduced the two as a married couple — though the separation had already taken effect by that broadcast date.
Mediation proceedings extended through the following period, with both parties acknowledging delays in the process during Season 2 of The Valley, which premiered on April 15, 2025. The divorce settlement reached a formal conclusion in October 2025. The settlement incorporated a co-parenting arrangement for their daughter, Isabella, with no child support obligation attached.
At the time of the settlement, Lally released a joint statement:
“Michelle and I have taken the last step towards finalizing our divorce. We’re moving forward with mutual respect for each other and focusing on making memories with Isabella.”
Relationship with Lacy Nicole
In April 2024, approximately six months after his October 2023 separation from Michelle Saniei, Lally publicly confirmed a relationship with Lacy Nicole. Lacy Nicole’s documented professional activities include philanthropy, mental health advocacy, and podcast hosting.
The connection between Lally and Lacy Nicole predated his marriage to Saniei. Lally confirmed on an episode of The Valley that the two had exchanged communications before his relationship with Saniei began — contact that ended when that relationship commenced in or before 2015.
During Season 2 of The Valley, which covered the 2025 broadcast cycle, Lacy Nicole declined to appear on camera. At that point, Lally’s divorce proceedings remained unresolved. Her first documented on-camera appearance took place in Season 3 of The Valley, which premiered on April 1, 2026.
As of the April 2026 broadcast of Season 3, Lally and Lacy Nicole maintained separate households located approximately one hour apart. Lacy Nicole stated publicly that the arrangement reflected her own preference while she managed co-parenting responsibilities for her child from a previous relationship. Lally and Lacy Nicole held no children together as of the Season 3 broadcast period.
Children
Jesse Lally’s daughter, Isabella Bunny Lally, was born on April 15, 2020. Her birth took place during the period of COVID-19 lockdown measures in the United States. Isabella’s mother is Michelle Saniei, Lally’s former wife.
Following the October 2025 divorce settlement, Lally and Saniei formalized a shared custody and co-parenting schedule for Isabella as part of the legal agreement. The arrangement designated no child support obligation between the parties.
Isabella featured as a subject of discussion and a recurring reference point across multiple seasons of The Valley. Co-parenting logistics and decisions related to Isabella formed part of the documented disputes between Lally and Saniei during the Season 2 broadcast period in 2025.
Hobbies and Interests
Lally’s documented personal interests span athletics, wine, and residential real estate beyond his professional capacity.
Golf held a documented place in Lally’s personal activities, referenced across multiple public sources including his Bravo network profile. During his years at Belmont Hill School in Belmont, Massachusetts — from 1993 to 1998 — Lally participated in hockey, football, track, and debate alongside golf. His hockey participation took place at a competitive level within the school’s athletic program.
In June 2021, Lally earned a Sommelier certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers, Americas. That credential reflected a documented engagement with wine that extended beyond casual interest into a structured examination process administered by a formal credentialing body.
Lally’s real estate activity across Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Malibu, which began professionally in September 2012, represented an additional area of documented involvement that extended through his role at The Beverly Hills Estates following his October 2021 transition from Hilton & Hyland.
Jesse Lally on The Valley — Show Overview
